Anesthesiology Physician

GS, Uro, Spine low acuity, GYN, OB, Ortho, Optha, Podiatry

• Caseload : Not very busy, 10-20 cases per day total, Mon / Wed / Fri are busiest
• Setting : 4 ORs, 1 OR for OB separately, No more 4 rooms at a time. CRNAs are Supervised by MD but Locums MD would not have to supervise. Usual call backs include Csections, GS, ortho after hours. CRNA and MD would work independently during call after hours
• Desired Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7a-3p, Weeknight and weekend call rotation every 4th weekday night (3p-7a) and every 4th weekend OB call. Weekend is considered Friday 3pm Monday 7a but does not have to be in house provided Physician is within 30 minutes of the facility.
• EMR : Epic- paid training prior to 1st shift
Requirements :
• OH license
• DEA - must have OH address or be willing to change to OH address
• ACLS / BLS
• Board certification
• Case logs / fingerprinting
• COIs from past work
• Updated CV with no unexplained employment gaps
