Position : CNC Operator – Night Shift

Location : Dexter, MI

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour + $2.00 / hour shift premium

We’re hiring for a CNC Operator on night shift — just 1 opening available !

This role offers $18.00 per hour , plus a $2.00 shift premium , and an opportunity to join a strong team in Dexter. Applicants must be available to train on day shift before transitioning to nights.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience operating Tsugami Swiss-type CNC machines
• Mechanically inclined and quality focused
• Reliable attendance and able to work both independently and in a team
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Hours :

4 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM , Monday through Friday

Position Requirements :

Minimum 1 year CNC experience required

Ability to produce quality parts and maintain production levels

Troubleshooting and mechanical diagnosis skills

Perform basic maintenance : cleaning, oiling, and stocking machines

Change tools, drills, and inserts as needed

Able to read blueprints

Basic computer skills

Able to use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Perform other duties as assigned
