Industrial Maintenance Technician - Night Shift 2-2-3 Schedule (Franklin)

Position : Industrial Maintenance Technician

Schedule : Night Shift | 5 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 AM | 2-3-3 Schedule

Location : Franklin, WI

Salary : $72,000 - $82,000 per year

Summary :

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance activities on plant equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete repairs to minimize downtime, reduce parts / labor usage, and proactively address issues.
• Assist with all maintenance operations, including machinery, HVAC systems, and boiler operations.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and charts.
• Conduct continuous assessments of facility operations, machinery, and supporting systems.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Supervisors, and QA to resolve maintenance issues.
• Follow the Preventive Maintenance program and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Provide 24 / 7 coverage for emergencies, including equipment repair and resource mobilization.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are secured and prepared prior to equipment startup.
