Key Responsibilities
Review and audit calls to ensure sales criteria are met
Provide coaching and feedback to agents to improve performance
Conduct training sessions and develop performance improvement plans
Required Qualifications
1 year of call coaching experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the consumer lending or financial services industry
Knowledge of reverse mortgage products (preferred)
