Job Summary :

The Director of Workforce Strategy will lead the development and execution of strategic workforce initiatives that align with Compass Groups business goals. This role requires a proactive leader with strong managerial experience, capable of driving innovation, managing key stakeholder relationships, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The Director will champion new approaches to workforce management, labor optimization, and operational efficiency, while communicating impact to senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Align Workforce Management programs to key business initiatives and priorities with sector leadership.
• Initiate and lead strategic workforce projects from concept through execution.
• Foster collaboration, talent development, and strategic alignment across workforce strategy and supporting teams to drive enterprise goals.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across workforce operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of workforce initiatives.
• Use data insights to identify key strategic opportunities that drive impact with labor savings and process improvement.
• Pilot new tools, applications, and processes, and evaluate them for viability and scalability.
• Communicate initiative progress and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders.
