Sr. Manufacturing Technician

• Monday-Friday, Day Shift (No rotating shifts)

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Sr. Manufacturing Technician!

• Role Summary :

As a Sr. Manufacturing Technician, you will lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and Effectiveness Verifications (EVs) across clinical manufacturing operations. You'll also play a key role in continuous improvement efforts and apply project management skills to ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Own and execute CAPAs and EVs across multiple manufacturing areas
• Drive audit-ready documentation and root cause analysis
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
• Collaborate across departments including Quality, Validation, Engineering, and Regulatory
• Track and manage tasks using project management tools
• Comply with GMP standards, SOPs, and safety protocols
• Qualifications :
• Required :
• High school diploma / GED and 10+ years of experience
• OR Associate's degree + 5 years
• OR Bachelor's + 3 years
• OR Master's + 2 years
• Background in science, engineering, or related field
• Preferred :
• Experience managing CAPAs and EVs (especially using systems like Veeva)
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and GMP environments
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Smartsheet, Lean Six Sigma)
• Daily Focus :

Lead multiple CAPAs / EVs, validate corrective actions, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and deliver results that support a culture of operational excellence.
