Our client is a growing, national CPA firm seeking a Tax Director to manage teams and client portfolios, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, multi-entity businesses, and cross-border operations.

$190,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Lead and execute tax strategy across complex client engagements.

Advise on advanced planning : M&A structuring, succession planning, entity optimization, and long-term tax minimization.

Collaborate with internal specialists and external advisors to deliver integrated solutions.

Monitor tax legislation and provide actionable guidance.

Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and strong internal controls.

Manage and mentor a high-performing tax team.

Support business development and client relationship growth.

Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

10+ years of tax experience; CPA license or eligibility required.

Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local tax law.

Proven experience with high-net-worth and complex multi-entity clients.

Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen.

Leadership experience managing and developing teams.

Excellent communication skills for advising executives and clients.

Business development and project management experience.
