Compensation : $18.00 - $23.00 hourly

Accounting Clerk for a top-notch company in the

Tulsa area . Qualified candidates will join an established team of professionals who excel in their areas of expertise. The company is interested in a talented individual with the appropriate background to have a positive impact in achieving success.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management
• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Verify and process invoices and payments to vendors, verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation
• Process accounts receivable
• Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
• Interact with customers to ensure payments are applied correctly and timely
