As the Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Accounting Manager, work closely with HR, and ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll for union and non-union employees.
What you'll do :
- Payroll processing weekly for union and non-union employees
- Compliance reporting including staying updated on union laws and agreements
- Certified payroll in compliance with federal and state laws
- Employee onboarding and benefit enrollment
- Maintain payroll records and assist with audits
