Assessments Vary by client type ranging from $150-$300 / assessment. Assessments usually take 1-2 hours.

Your Role :

As a RN / LPN conducting in-home assessments at Family Best Care, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-notch health care services. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting in-depth assessments of new clients, focusing on physical, psychological, and environmental aspects of health.
• Developing detailed care plans based on assessment findings, collaborating with healthcare professionals and client families.
• Ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations related to home health assessments and care planning.
• Maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Staying updated with continuous education in home health care and client assessment techniques.
