Job Description :

• Work in a facility with approximately 50 beds in a rehab division.
• Position may require floating to other units, including Short-Term Acute Care (STAC).
• Utilize Protouch electronic medical records (EMR) system for patient documentation.
• Adhere to the dress code which requires wearing black scrubs.
• Provide therapeutic services and interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement rehabilitation plans.
• Engage in patient education and support to enhance recovery and improve outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
