LOGISTICIAN III (ECRAFT) will manage and direct the full lifecycle of logistics processes supporting NIWC service contracts, including the movement of goods, supplies, and personnel. This role requires expertise in utilizing the eCRAFT system for contract cost monitoring and financial reporting, as well as a keen ability to develop and implement effective logistics policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position in an AV Support contract to modernize C2F facilities out of Omaha, Nebraska. The work will be performed on base at Offutt, NE. No anticipated travel for this work. Work Model : Onsite

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Job Functions :

• Lead the team in logistics processes from acquisition to disposal, ensuring timely and efficient management of goods, personnel, and supplies.
• Utilize the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) system to monitor contract costs, prepare reports, and track expenditures.
• Conduct rigorous contract cost monitoring to maintain accuracy and protect against mischarging or fraud.
• Prepare and submit reports using the eCRAFT Periodic Report Utility (ePRU) and analyze financial and logistics data to recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to optimize logistics support and compliance.
• Provide acquisition support including assistance in preparing procurement documentation for equipment and materials.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Ensuring complete and accurate logistics execution and cost reporting by Maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Delivering timely and reliable financial and logistics reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with acquisition teams and stakeholders to support contract deliverables.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics management.
• Other duties as assigned.
