Job Summary :

The research / AI fleet is the dedicated AI / ML and data science arm of the Ad Platform organization. Its mission is to advance AI and machine learning capabilities across Ad Platform by delivering scalable, high impact AI / ML and data science solutions that enhance Ad decisioning, forecasting, experimentation and Ad experience. We are seeking a Software Engineer to join this innovative team, focusing on machine learning algorithm development for addressable advertising solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design, implement, and optimize ML technologies that drive intelligent ad delivery and enhance user experience at scale.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role :

• Apply state-of-the-art AI and machine learning to optimize key areas of advertising, such as inventory forecasting, ad experience, ad pacing, pricing, targeting, and efficient ad delivery.
• Design, implement and iterate on algorithms and models end-to-end, from initial development through production deployment and continuous optimization.
• Develop innovative solutions to tackle complex advertising challenges with agility and speed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, data scientists and business stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.

The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is $102,100 to $136,900. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
