Job Details :

PacAero (formerly Litron), is seeking an experienced Medical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling medical devices and components in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality regulations.

This position is located in Agawam, MA and is full-time onsite.

Requirements :

Assemble medical devices and components according to established procedures and specifications.
Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, reporting any issues to supervision.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Document assembly processes and maintain accurate production records.
Collaborate with team members and engineering staff to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in medical assembly or a similar role required.

Familiarity with medical device manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO 13485).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and assembly instructions written in the English language.

Ability to accurately and reliably identify part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbers for traceability.

Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.

Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope.

Strong communication and teamwork skills

ITAR compliance required (must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. export regulations

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Capable of lifting light to moderate objects (up to 30 lbs).

Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict hygiene protocols
