Job Details :

PacAero (formerly Litron), is seeking an experienced Medical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling medical devices and components in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality regulations.

This position is located in Agawam, MA and is full-time onsite.

Requirements :

  • Assemble medical devices and components according to established procedures and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, reporting any issues to supervision.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Document assembly processes and maintain accurate production records.
  • Collaborate with team members and engineering staff to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in medical assembly or a similar role required.
  • Familiarity with medical device manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO 13485).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and assembly instructions written in the English language.
  • Ability to accurately and reliably identify part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbers for traceability.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ITAR compliance required (must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. export regulations
  • Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting light to moderate objects (up to 30 lbs).
  • Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict hygiene protocols
