Responsibilities :
- Enter and update data into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify and review information for errors or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
- Organize and maintain electronic records to support efficient data retrieval.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability of entered data.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify and resolve any data-related issues.
- Operate office equipment such as computers and scanners to process information.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks.
- Assist in generating reports based on the compiled data as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in typing and numeric data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of information.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
