Job Summary : At McKesson, we deliver critical healthcare products to millions of patients every day and our warehouse teams are the heartbeat of that mission. We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Night Shift Supervisor to lead our distribution operations and ensure seamless, high-quality service during overnight hours.

In this role, you'll oversee key functions including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping / receiving. You'll lead a dedicated team, foster a culture of safety and accountability, and collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of night shift operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Supervise inventory control, shipping / receiving, and warehouse workflow to meet performance targets.
• Partner with transportation teams to coordinate outbound shipments and resolve delivery challenges.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
• Champion safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Coach and develop team members, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with McKesson's values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support operational transparency and audit readiness.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $63,800 - $106,400
