Counter Sales & Relief Delivery Driver - American Welding & Gas Inc. (8426)

AWG Company, has an immediate opening for a Inside Counter Sales Representative and Backup CDL Driver at our Grandview, MO location.

Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred or the ability to obtain both

This position is responsible for helping customers purchase and order products focusing on gases and welding / industrial supplies. Duties will also include maintaining hard goods, receiving, inventory control and product delivery.

Duties :

• Counter Sales Responsibilities :
• Assist walk-in customers with their needs and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of quotes and orders for customers.
• Ensure all sales and customer interactions are conducted in a professional manner.

Delivery Responsibilities (you will be delivering for approximately one week each month) :
