The Programmer Analyst (Advanced) will perform a wide range of services to formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and an expert understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements. This role will participate in the implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and conversion of business and technical IT solutions. The Programmer Analyst (Advanced) will use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business or technical problems, develop performance metrics, and prepare database or system technical documentation for users and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical reports and related documents, delivering presentations and briefings, and confirming and prioritizing project plans and deliverables in collaboration with supervisors and stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer science, information systems development, information technology, or a related field / environment
• Hands-on experience in software, systems, and / or database development, maintenance, testing, analysis, and management in a multi-platform environment
