Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking including space setup timing equipment menus and billingmaking sure no detail gets missed. Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on courseand ahead. Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals. Maintain organized accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI / TY so everyone stays informed and on track. 12 years in hotel sales events or marketing You understand how to move fast multitask and still make it personal. Excellent written and verbal communication You know how to engage clients and influence outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Organization is your superpower. Experience with Delphi CI / TY or similar tools Its a plus that helps you move fast and work smart. Detail-oriented and self-motivated You thrive on deadlines and live for checklists.
