This position would be located at one of our following locations. Antelope, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Auburn and The Sacramento International Airport. This territory has branches in Grass Valley and Truckee as well. Employees may be asked to help out at these locations on occasion. A Management Trainee will work at 2 or 3 different locations, ranging anywhere from 3-6 months at a time during the 9 month training program. Our hours of operation is 7 : 30am until 6pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 9am until 12pm. Employees work a 45 hour work week. Flagship locations are 7 day a week operations. This would include Roseville and The Sacramento International Airport. Schedules are made 5 weeks in advance.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
