We’re looking for an experienced Performance Trainer to join our growing team at a brand-new sports performance and training facility located in Central Dallas / Park Cities (SMU–Highland Park area).
Our center combines elite-level sports performance training with a high-end fitness environment — designed for youth athletes , weekend warriors, and adults who want to train like athletes.
What You’ll Do
Train and develop youth athletes across sports — focusing on speed, strength, mobility, and injury prevention.
Coach adult and general-fitness clients through individualized and small-group performance sessions.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to design programs that fit our athletes’ goals and our center’s philosophy.
Help build the culture and community of a growing brand in Dallas sports performance.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sports performance, strength & conditioning, or athletic development .
Strong understanding of athletic movement patterns, injury prevention, and sport-specific training.
Ability to connect with youth athletes, parents, and adult clients alike.
Current certification.
Ideally, you bring a partial or existing client base and want to grow with us as we build something new and exciting.
