As an On-Premise Manager with Spherion, you'll be the linchpin between our organization and our valued clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth. You'll serve as an extension of your client's HR and Operations functions, driving strategic workforce initiatives that deliver measurable results. ...

Responsibilities : What You'll Do

  • Lead Client Partnerships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their business objectives
  • Drive Workforce Strategy : Analyze historical data and market intelligence to anticipate staffing needs and implement flexible workforce solutions that align with organizational priorities
  • Oversee Performance Analytics : Track and report on critical KPIs including turnover, attendance, time-to-fill metrics, and safety compliance
  • Champion Retention Initiatives : Execute proactive retention programs focused on reducing turnover and increasing workforce engagement
  • Lead Safety Programs : Conduct safety walks, respond to workplace incidents, identify preventive measures, and foster a culture of safety compliance
  • Deliver Business Intelligence : Prepare and present quarterly business reviews highlighting performance metrics, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
