Head Of Growth At GlacierGrid

• Base : $130,000-140,000
• 0.25% equity grant

We're looking for a hands-on Head Of Growth to turn company goals - ARR growth, a clear path to profitability, and operational scale - into concrete plans, repeatable motions, and measurable outcomes. This is a builder role spanning strategy, revenue operations, enablement, partnerships, and product commercialization. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create focus, ship growth experiments, and make results visible and accountable.
