Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in IAM Concepts, RBAC, and protocols
- Strong expertise in developing roles based on user identities
- Experience with role factoring and role mapping
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Advanced understanding of business processes and IT control risk management
- Experience with access certification, role management, control testing, and SoD controls
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms
