A well-established and respected national general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. The business is experiencing significant growth and is now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Scottsdale office.

Job Description

Identify, target, and develop relationships with new and existing clients across key commercial sectors.

Drive lead generation efforts and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company brand and capabilities.

Collaborate with the preconstruction and estimating teams to position competitive and winning proposals.

Track, report, and forecast business development activities to senior leadership.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record in business development within the construction industry (preferably with a general contractor).

Strong network and knowledge of the Arizona construction market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work strategically while delivering results in a competitive market.

What's on Offer

Base Salary : $140,000 - $170,000 (DOE)
