3+ years of digital producer / digital project management experience demonstrating successful management of projects from kick-off to completion
Knowledge of (or an eager willingness to learn) all aspects of digital advertising, including advertising tech, XR, trends, data privacy, etc. Candidate should have a familiarity with web accessibility compliance, Google / Adobe Analytics or similar, content management systems such as WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager, quality assurance, etc.
Possesses an understanding of digital best practices and a curiosity for the application of innovative technologies and data-driven creative
Solid understanding of digital project process (e.g., design and development of a website) and campaign lifecycle.
Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, accounts, project managers, quality assurance, and finance.
Strong interpersonal skills, steady hand, ability to work in high-pressure situations.
Effective working both independently and as a team member; demonstrates autonomy over assigned work while working towards goals shared by the team.
Capable of efficiently scoping and executing projects across multiple disciplines. Authors and manages detailed documentation including production bids, statements of work, functional and business requirements, and technical specifications.
Creates and manages a project plan with long- and short-term milestones, with an understanding of prioritization of resources and tasks.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to be client facing
Strong negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications :
Agency experience is strongly preferred
Background with emerging technologies / XR and experiential
Experience with project management software (i.e., JIRA, Smartsheet)
Basic understanding of graphic design and web builder applications (i.e. Photoshop, Figma, Webflow)
