Job Title : Part-Time Data Entry Specialist – Accounting Department

Location : Stafford, TX

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 5 hours / day (Preferred)

Hours : Approximately 20 hours / week (Maximum 999 hours / year)

Department : Finance & Accounting

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist who’s not just looking for a job—but a stepping stone into the world of accounting. This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge and a strong desire to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems
  • Assist with preparing and mailing vendor checks
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, and document handling
  • Support the Finance team with basic accounting functions

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Prior experience in data entry or clerical work (preferred but not required)
