Equipment Delivery Coordinator

We are assisting our confidential client with the search for an Equipment Delivery Coordinator – Contractor. This role plays a key part in supporting advanced energy projects by tracking and managing information handoffs between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of equipment delivery. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams to meet project schedules and commitments.

Location :  Bellevue, WA

Length of Assignment :  12 months

Responsibilities

Handoff Tracking and Management :

• Monitor and document the completion of information handoffs between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Handoffs encompass, but are not limited to :
• Tracking document distribution commitments and forecasting adherence to ensure timely delivery and communication.
• Distributing vendor documentation in alignment with the planned sharing protocols.
• Comparing equipment required-on-site dates with the planned delivery schedules to ensure alignment.
• Sharing internal design details effectively between teams to support project needs. Ensure alignment on scheduled commitments and deadlines for handoffs.
• Coordinate across teams to understand specific handoff requirements.

Estimated Compensation Range :   $52.00–$85.00 per hour. All experience levels considered.
