Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled COAM Installation & Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical installation expertise with field service capabilities, supporting our expanding network of gaming machines throughout Georgia. The ideal candidate will have experience with coin-operated amusement machines, network infrastructure, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Installation & Setup :

  • Install new COAM machines at customer locations across Georgia
  • Establish basic network cable infrastructure and terminate RJ45 cabling
  • Configure machine network connections and ensure proper connectivity
  • Set up power distribution systems and verify electrical safety standards
  • Commission machines including software setup, calibration, and testing
  • Complete installation documentation and compliance checklists

Technical Service & Maintenance :

  • Respond to service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various machine types
  • Perform preventative maintenance on deployed equipment
  • Swap machines between locations as needed for optimization
  • Conduct machine audits and verify operational compliance
  • Perform skimmer checks and security inspections

    • Field Operations :

  • Manage route-based service calls using company-provided cellular tablets
  • Maintain detailed service tracking and communication records
  • Coordinate with dispatch and management through digital platforms
  • Transport equipment using company vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all Georgia COAM regulations and licensing requirements
