Position Responsibilities

Oversee the performance, capacity and reliability of IBM i and Linux systems to support business needs.

Lead and develop a team of Systems Engineers, setting clear goals and fostering growth.

Drive infrastructure projects and report progress to IT leadership.

Define processes to keep systems secure, updated and compliant.

Manage vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts and procuring technology.

Research and implement emerging technologies that deliver business value.

Design and audit backup, high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

10+ years of experience managing hosting technologies.

Strong team and vendor management skills with a focus on business alignment.
