We have an excellent opportunity available for the self-starting individual who thrives on customer satisfaction. This is a full-time opportunity (with full company paid benefits) working onsite at customers' locations and in our retail stores.

Optikus Mobile Opticians provide onsite fitting and dispensing services to our corporate accounts. This position is responsible for customer relations, scheduling visits, following up on leads, booking new business and being knowledgeable in all aspects of the optical products we offer. You will travel throughout North Carolina visiting multiple accounts on a pre-arranged schedule to fit and dispense product.

Job Duties :

• Assist customers in selecting frames, lens type, and lens treatments that best meet their individual needs
• Attention to fit, comfort, and optimum visual acuity
• Ability to place detailed and accurate eyewear orders through VisionWeb
• Verify customer orders
• Notify customer with updates on orders
• Dispense customer orders
• Have professional contact with prescribing doctor and company program manager
• Develop new business
