Required Qualifications :
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary is defined as total cash compensation at target and may vary based on experience and performance metrics. Pay is influenced by several factors, including local labor markets, education, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws. Additionally, UnitedHealth Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and a 401k plan (subject to eligibility).
