Our ER Veterinary Mentorship Program is specifically designed for new or recently graduated veterinarians eager to develop their skills in emergency veterinary medicine! No prior ER experience is required — just a passion for learning and diving into this exciting field. This program is a unique opportunity for veterinarians seeking professional growth and mentorship.
What to expect :
- Tailored Mentorship : Flexible 3, 6, and 12-month initiatives designed to meet your pace and goals. Scheduling typically consists of three 12-hour shifts per week.
- Hands-On Experience : Work alongside our emergency, surgery, and critical care teams in examination rooms and with independent workups.

Compensation of $85k - 125k while participating in program - upon completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to earn up to $125k - $150k base salary plus production (negotiable) with an earning potential of $200k+Paid time offProfessional Liability, Business, and Personal Insurance (PLIT)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) Retirement Plan and 2% company matchCE Allowance ($2,500 a year and days of CE specific PTO for Full-Time Veterinarians)We pay 100% of Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and State Licensure Fees
