DRCG offers expertise in Systems Integration (SI), Information Technology (IT) solutioning, Program Management, Risk Management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Requirements Engineering, Workflow Solutioning, and Business Consulting Services. Established in 2016, DRCG is 100% US owned and predominately supports the DoJ, DoW, and DHS. DRCG optimizes client investments by leveraging expertise to better manage the growth and transformation of existing IT environments.
Position Overview
DRCG is looking for a full-time -exempt IT Director to lead our IT operations, oversee infrastructure (on-prem & cloud), and support 800-171 and CMMC compliance. The IT Director will develop IT strategy, manage corporate IT, guide program IT teams, and introduce innovations to support company goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field
- 7-10+ years of overall experience in the IT field
- 3-5 years of proven IT leadership in a management role

Work Hours
This position is a hybrid position with authorized teleworking 2 days a week. Travel to one of our client sites may be necessary on occasion. In person work at our Ashburn, VA location is required 3 days per week.
