Job Title : Safety Coordinator

Location : Fort Wayne, IN

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly qualified Safety Coordinator with a CHST certification to join our team for a large-scale data center construction project in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a critical role focused on enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements on a high-demand, fast-paced site. The ideal candidate will have significant construction safety experience , preferably in data center projects , and possess the certifications necessary to be immediately effective in the role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols.
• large construction site.
• Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA standards and company safety programs.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate safety logs, incident reports, and inspection records.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction management teams to ensure site-wide compliance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through consistent engagement and communication.
