Job Description
- Manage daily on-site activities, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Oversee subcontractors and construction crews to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align on project goals.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and safety records.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and challenges.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent should have :
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Proven ability to manage on-site teams and subcontractors effectively.Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining construction timelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Strong communication and organizational skills for managing multiple stakeholders.Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.What's on Offer
