Position Overview : As an entry level mechanical designer at Henderson Engineers, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to our six market various sectors, including Business, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Venue. Within each sector, we seamlessly integrate our engineering knowledge with the in-the-field experience of our sister company, Henderson Building Solutions , to deliver a client experience unlike any other in the industry. Key Responsibilities :

• Performs calculations and designs basic engineering systems in collaboration with experienced design staff.
• Prepares system layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics.
• Review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specifications.
• Prepares or modifies reports, plans, and designs for projects.
• Supports business development or pursuit activities.
• Participates in client, company and / or industry events to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Occasionally visits job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.
• Seeks to fill gaps in industry and / or discipline knowledge on a continuous basis.
• Maintains knowledge of common industry software, including Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office products.

New York Salary Range : $75,925 - $113,887

Los Angeles Salary Range : $72,191 - $108,286

Denver Salary Range : $68,457 - $102,685

Philadelphia Salary Range : $68,457 - $102,685

Las Vegas Salary Range : $65,345 - $98,018
