job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDrive end-to-end GTM processes, including building pricing proposals, developing customer presentations, and delivering financial analyses to enable team success. Analyze, optimize and implement sales territories for fast growing sales team Work with pricing, legal, operations, sales, and finance team to Identify inefficiencies in current GTM operations and design scalable solutions to help Sierra scale Serve as a versatile and proactive team player, taking on both foundational tasks and high-impact strategic initiatives that enable the GTM team's success. 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI). A detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive and execute initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations, especially to executives. SQL experience. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience.
