The Role

Were looking for a Graphic Designer with at least 5 years of experience and a sharp eye for clean design, creative storytelling, and brand consistency. Youll work across web, social, events, and sales campaigns to bring our brand to life in ways that grab attention and drive results.

This is a hands-on role where youll work closely with marketing and product leadership to support campaigns and key product launches.

Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Design

  • Create compelling graphics for paid ads, landing pages, sales decks, and event assets
  • Translate complex ideas into clean, modern visuals for B2B buyers
  • Maintain and elevate our visual identity across web, print, and social

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product to deliver assets aligned to campaign goals
  • Own project timelines and communicate clearly across teams
  • Present design ideas with rationale and iterate quickly based on feedback

    • Creative Strategy & Ownership

  • Contribute to creative direction for brand campaigns and launches
  • Help develop scalable design systems and templates
  • Stay on top of visual trends, especially within B2B, AI, and SaaS

    • What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts
  • 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, branding, and layout design
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
  • Strong understanding of visual systems, typography, and color theory
  • Bonus : Experience with motion graphics, Lottie, After Effects, or Canva
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and creative judgment
  • Must be able to work full-time from our office in Provo, UT
