Direct Agents is looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to lead client accounts, deliver standout campaigns, and build impactful relationships.  This NYC based role has a competitive salary range of $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience, with annual compensation reviews based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Client Leadership Own end-to-end client relationships as their primary strategic advisor and business partner Develop comprehensive understanding of client business models, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics Leading comprehensive quarterly business reviews - developing strategic narratives, coordinating content creation, ensuring quality standards, and managing delivery timelines Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders Proactively identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic account growth Navigate complex client challenges and serve as escalation point for critical issues Advanced Campaign Strategy & Innovation :
