Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a regional staffing and workforce solutions client in Holland, MI who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for a Sales Representative career who are ready to start in middle to end of July. The ideal candidate will be able to drive new business, build strong community relationships, and more.

Sales Representative Responsibilities :

New business development – Drive new client acquisition across the Lakeshore

Territory management – Expand and manage territory from Cadillac to the state line

Client engagement – Attend networking events and build community connections

CRM & reporting – Use tools like Avionte / Bullhorn and Tableau to manage leads and pipeline

Account handoff – Collaborate with internal team to smoothly transition existing clients

Sales Representative Qualifications :

To be considered for the Sales Representative position, applicants should :

Bring proven B2B sales experience, ideally in services or staffing

Be comfortable with flexible scheduling, including after-hours events

Be highly self-motivated and independent in a field-based role

Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
