Job Summary : Provides survivor-centered services with a strengths-based approach to survivors of human trafficking. Works together with each survivor to conduct an assessment of their needs then creates and implements, in partnership with other community-based supports, a customized plan designed to meet their goals for personal growth and professional development, including educational and career goals as well as trauma recovery. Utilize a trauma-informed lens in daily interactions and deploy all duties (coaching, introduction to education, employment preparation and career development) with trauma-informed principles in mind, effectively establishing a foundation for safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration and empowerment for self-sufficiency and stability. Responsible for providing highly effective labor market access services and the provision of services which assist participants in preparation for the workplace, including employability skills training and critical guidance for participants working toward personal self-sufficiency.
Job Requirements : Bachelor of Arts / Science degree from an accredited college or university; a major in human services, education, business administration, or related field is preferred. Equivalent experience is accepted but must be demonstrated in the application and resume. Experience in substance abuse and mental health. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
