Job Title : CNA – End-of-Life Care with Compassion and Flexibility

Compensation : $19 – $25 / hour DOE

Benefits : Full Package Available for Full-Time Staff

Schedule : Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time | Weekend Rotation

Location : 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

Core Responsibilities :

• ADL support, grooming, and mobility care
• Medication assistance as directed
• Observation and reporting of vital signs
• Emotional and relational support
• Team collaboration and care plan follow-through
• Cleanliness and safety for each patient environment
