In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers to inspect and photograph all damages .Develop / write an estimate to include all construction services required to restore the structure and ensure customer and client satisfaction. (ie ITEL, material reports, engineering reports)Document all communications and all follow up communications with customers and clients.Communicate with adjusters and clients when needed for project approvals / authorizations.Ensure estimate complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos.Assist Project Construction Manager when needed for scope or explanation of scope.Follow the claim from inspection to close for documentation and all communications.Position Requirements
High school diploma / GEDPrevious construction experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to meet established production goals and maintain profitabilityEffective written and oral communicationTwo years of Xactimate experience, including sketch (Required)Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies
Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatAbility to walk and / or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)Ability to climb ladders for inspections and photosExposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loudAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
