We are seeking a Technologyernance Manager (Technology Manager) to join Zions Bancorporation. The Technologyernance Manager plays a key role in ensuring that our technology practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards, driving the strategic direction of technologyernance, and fostering a culture ofpliance and risk management across the organization. This role will have a significant impact on maintaining the integrity and security of our technology operations, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients andmunity.

The Technologyernance Manager will :

  • Analyze, adopt, and implement technologyernance frameworks and policies.
  • Ensurepliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support and continuously improve theernance function across all technology domains.
  • Design and lead the implementation of automation and AI models to enhanceernance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embedernance practices into technology initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on technologyernance metrics and KPIs.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and accessibility ofernance-related documentation.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff onernance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other oversight bodies.
  • Advocate for the value of technologyernance and its role in delivering business oues.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in technologyernance, risk management, orpliance, typically gained over 6+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards, such as ISO, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading risk assessments, audits, andpliance reviews.
  • Strong ability tomunicateplex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Relevant certifications (, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology,puter science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

    Work Location :

    This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047
