Resident Wellness & Care Manager
The Resident Wellness & Care Manager oversees wellness and care services within an assisted living community. This role supports the Resident Care Director in managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with Massachusetts regulations. The position is well-suited for a licensed nurse with proven leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care who is passionate about resident well-being and staff development.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead, coach, and mentor Memory Care & Resident Care AssistantsOversee resident assessments, admissions, and individualized service plansMonitor and ensure compliance with medication administration proceduresCommunicate effectively with families regarding resident needs, illnesses, or incidentsCoordinate pharmacy deliveries, audits, and medication management processesProvide leadership in staff development, performance improvement, and conflict resolutionRequirements :
Active Massachusetts RN or LPN licenseProven leadership and staff supervision experience int a healthcare or senior living environmenProficiency with MS Office and ability to document / track resident careWorking knowledge of Massachusetts state regulations for assisted living and nursing compliancePhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsNice-to-Have Experience :
Dementia care or memory care experience (certification preferred)Experience managing complex resident needs in a healthcare settingBackground in caregiver performance coaching and team development
