job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead, coach, and mentor Memory Care & Resident Care Assistants Oversee resident assessments, admissions, and individualized service plans Monitor and ensure compliance with medication administration procedures Communicate effectively with families regarding resident needs, illnesses, or incidents Coordinate pharmacy deliveries, audits, and medication management processes Provide leadership in staff development, performance improvement, and conflict resolution Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license Proven leadership and staff supervision experience int a healthcare or senior living environmen Proficiency with MS Office and ability to document / track resident care Working knowledge of Massachusetts state regulations for assisted living and nursing compliance Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dementia care or memory care experience (certification preferred) Experience managing complex resident needs in a healthcare setting Background in caregiver performance coaching and team development
Resident Wellness & Care Manager
The Resident Wellness & Care Manager oversees wellness and care services within an assisted living community. This role supports the Resident Care Director in managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with Massachusetts regulations. The position is well-suited for a licensed nurse with proven leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care who is passionate about resident well-being and staff development.
