About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Financial Analyst to join our finance team within a dynamic manufacturing environment .

This role will be responsible for conducting monthly financial reviews, supporting performance reporting, and driving data-driven decision-making using advanced analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities Perform monthly financial reviews and variance analysis across manufacturing operations.

Prepare and deliver Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards to leadership.

Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams to interpret financial results.

Develop and automate financial models using SQL and Python .

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to support strategic planning.

Continuously improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and data integrity.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field. 2–5 years (min) or up to 6–8 years (max) of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing.

Proficient in SQL , Python , and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Strong knowledge of financial statements, cost accounting, and performance metrics.

Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and operations.

Exposure to automation and process improvement initiatives.

Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position based at a manufacturing facility in   Eugene, OR The role involves working directly with plant leadership and operational staff in a fast-paced production environment.
