This position is responsible for taking incoming service calls, scheduling jobs, and making outbound calls to both club members and non-members to ensure every technician runs a full schedule. Youll work closely with the service team to ensure calls are assigned in the most efficient and profitable way possiblematching the right technician to the right job.

Youll also have opportunities to mentor new team members, suggest process improvements, and play a role in shaping how our customer service team delivers five-star experiences.

Essential Job Functions

  • Own the customer experience from the first hello to the follow-up.
  • Schedule and dispatch service calls with strategymatching the right tech to the right job.
  • Keep the calendar full by calling both club members and non-members to offer tune-ups, maintenance, and service.
  • Monitor schedules and adjust on the fly to keep techs moving efficiently.
  • Keep clients informed of arrival times, delays, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed customer records in our system.
  • Collaborate with the service team to anticipate and prepare for peak demand.
  • Share your knowledge to help new team members succeed.
  • Essential Job Requirements

    Required Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of customer service experience in call center experience or similar
  • Experience with Field Edge, Service Titan or similar scheduling software preferred.
  • Computer Skills : Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Previous experience in HVAC or similar trade preferred; previous supervisor or lead experience
  • Experience with position that is 70% phone time, anticipated 50 - 60 calls per day.
  • Language Skills : Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization; Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Mathematical Skills : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Compensation & Hours

    Starting wage of $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)

    Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m. or 9 : 00 - 5 : 30 p.m.

    Days : Monday Friday

    Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision + 401k
