Salary : Up to $130,000 per year

Title : Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Pay : $110,000-$130,000 per year

Location : Honolulu

Shifts : 5pm-1am, Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures including abdominal, OB / GYN, vascular, and small parts imaging.

Select appropriate transducers and imaging settings based on the exams and patient anatomy.

Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure their comfort.

Analyze sonographic images and collaborate with physicians to interpret findings.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in PACS / RIS systems.

Assist with interventional procedures such as biopsies and aspirations.

Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Train and orient new staff as needed.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (CAAHEP or equivalent).

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification via ARDMS

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in sonography preferred.

Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and sonographic techniques.
