Our client is a fast-growing energy technology company developing advanced thermal and battery systems that have been validated in some of the most demanding environments including aerospace and defense. They are expanding their engineering team to support new projects in e-mobility renewable energy and industrial applications.

Position Overview

The Mechanical Engineer will lead mechanical design and packaging for next-generation battery packs. This role requires experience designing for manufacturability thermal management and system durability under high-stress environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural and thermal components for high-performance energy systems
• Execute 3D modeling tolerance analysis and detailed mechanical drawings
• Integrate cooling systems enclosures and vibration isolation mechanisms
• Conduct FEA / CFD analyses for thermal and mechanical validation
• Oversee DFM / DFA with suppliers and support prototype assembly
• Collaborate across electrical and manufacturing teams on product integration
